肩部巨大包块同时伴毛鞘癌及鳞癌1例

摘　　要：患者女,64岁。右肩部巨大包块,大小约为14cm×15cm,包块表面破溃,渗出多,异味重。入院当天取组织活检,病理诊断为右肩部高分化鳞状细胞癌,手术切除包块后将所切组织送病检提示:右肩部皮肤增生性毛鞘囊肿,部分恶变(毛鞘癌)。创面愈合后,自行出院。术后随访1年,未见复发。An 64-year-old woman presented with a bulky lesion on her right shoulder. The bulky lesion increased to 14cm＆#215;15cm in size and became ulcerative.Histopathological examination revealed that the bulky lesion on her right shoulder was diagnosed with highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.Histopathological examination after surgical operation revealed that tricholemmal hygromata was present and part of tricholemmal carcinoma..Patient was followed up for 1 year without recurrence.
