摘 要:目的:研究不同年龄段高风险妇女人宫颈组织乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染及其基因型分布情况。方法:应用导流杂交基因芯片技术(凯普HPV分型),对670例女性宫颈脱落细胞HPV的21种亚型进行分型检测,并按照年龄分组进行比较结果。结果:总HPV感染阳性率为41.0%(275/670),其中≤25岁组总感染率38.9%、高危基因型占71.4%;26~30岁组总感染率29.3%、高危基因型占70.8%;31~40岁组总感染率37.7%、高危基因型占85.6%;41~50岁组总感染率44.6%、高危基因型占79.6%;≥51岁组总感染率53.7%、高危基因型占95.5%。结论:妇女的年龄与HPV感染及其基因型分布有密切的关系。因此,妇女的性生活及其免疫功能是HPV持续感染的重要因素。Objectives:To evaluate the status of infection and genotype distribution of human papilloma vi-rus (HPV)in women of different ages.Methods:The flow -through hybridization and gene chip technology was used to determine the infection and the genotype of HPV in cervical exfoliated cells for 670 women who were divided into different groups based on their ages.Results:The overall infection rate of HPV was 41.0% (275 /670):the positive rate was 38.9%,with 71.4% high risk genotype rate in women less than 26 year -old;the positive rate was 29.3%,with 70.8% high risk genotype rate in women between 26 and 30 year -old;the positive rate was 37.7%,with 85.6% high risk genotype rate in women between 31 and 40 year -old;the positive rate was 44.6%, with 79.6% high risk genotype rate in women between 41 and 50 year -old;the positive rate was 53.7%,with 95.5% high risk genotype rate in women more than 50 year -old.Conclusions:The women’s age is a critical fac-tor in the progress of HPV infection and the genotype distribution,so the sexual life and immune function play an important role in the persistent HPV infection for women at different ages.
