摘  要:目的了解吐鲁番地区乡村小学生感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫(Giardia lamblia)的基因型及亚型,探索不同地域贾第虫分离虫株基因之间的蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫的相互关系。方法对感染贾第鞭毛虫的小学生粪便内的蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫的磷酸丙糖异构酶(triose phosphate isomerase,简称为tin/tpi)基因进行基因检测和基因序列分析。结果 19个分离虫株为集聚体A型,11个分离虫株为集聚体B型。结论人群感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫分离虫株种之间的进化关系不受不同地理区域分布的影响,而虫株亚种之间可能受不同地理区域分布的影响有差别。Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the Turpan area of rural primary infection Giardia lamblia genotypes and subtypes, to explore the relationship between genes in different geographical isolates of Giardia lamblia. Methods The method is a primary infection giardiasis feces Giardia lamblia of triose phosphate isomerase (abbreviated as tin/tpi) gene genetic testing technique and gene sequence analysis. Results The results for the 19 isolates of aggregate type A, 11 isolates of type B aggregate. Conclusions Concluded that the impact of different geographic regions distributed from the evolutionary relationships between groups of species isolated infected insect strains of Giardia lamblia. And there is a difference between the impact from the worm strains subspecies may be affected by the distribution of different geographical areas.
