摘　　要：二次世界大战后,意大利缺少资金和技术,但意大利采取"以设计立国"的经济发展战略,大力倡导创新设计,充分利用新材料和新工艺,建立起独树一帜的战后意大利设计风格,问鼎国际市场。这种经验值得我国家具行业借鉴。Despite of poor funds and shortage of technology after the Second World War, Italy adopt the design-based national economy development strategy with the promotion of innovative design and apply- ing fully new material and new technology. The unique mode with the improvement of design industry chain enable Italian furniture industry develop at unprecedented rate and become the market leader in the world high-end furniture market. This strategy of developing furniture industry may be worth using for reference by the domestic furniture industry.
