摘 要:桉树是我国南方主要速生树种和人造板生产的主要原料。由于速生桉树自身的缺陷严重限制了其木材的加工利用。在当前天然实木资源紧缺的情况下,如何利用速生桉树木材生产中高档家具,实现桉木的高附加值利用,是目前木材加工及家具行业面对的设计开发和应用研究的主要课题之一。本文就是对利用速生桉木多层单板生产家具弯曲木零部件的技术进行了研究,以多层桉木旋切单板为基材,经涂胶组坯、加热模压、弯曲胶合等工艺过程,使其弯曲成型为曲线形零部件,既可满足家具弯曲木零部件的外观造型和使用功能,又能提升速生桉木单板的使用附加值。Eucalyptus is one of the main fast-growing tree species planted in southern China and the main raw material of wood based panel. The wood of fast-growing eucalyptus is severely limited for use due to the defects. In the context of the current shortage of natural solid wood resources, how to make high-grade furniture from fast-growing eucalyptus wood and achieve high value-added utilization of eucalyptus wood in the wood processing and furniture industry become one of the main topics of the development and appli- cation research. Therefore, the technology of laminated veneer bending components of furniture with the fast-growing eucalyptus wood was studied in the paper. Taken the multilayer eucalyptus wood veneer as base material, the curved shape parts were produced through gluing, pressing, heating, and bending. It can fulfill the requirements.of the appearance style and use function of bent wood furniture components, and can promote the use added value of fast-growing eucalyptus wood veneer at the same time.
