摘　　要：在知识经济和互联网络时代,越来越多的企业采取了虚拟企业这一新型组织形式。同时,知识管理也成为众多企业家关注的热点,影响虚拟企业知识管理水平的因素也逐渐被学者们关注研究。虚拟企业和知识管理之间众多的契合点使两者之间有良好的适应性。企业知识管理的前提是绩效评估,其在虚拟企业知识管理中有着举足轻重的作用。本研究综述了虚拟企业知识管理能力的研究现状,探讨了目前存在的问题以及可能解决的对策,并提出更加完善的创新绩效评价方法,为以后的研究奠定了一定的基础,对虚拟企业知识管理能力的提高以及评价起到了一定的指导意义。in the knowledge economy and the Internet era, more and more enterprises to adopt the new organiza- tion form of virtual enterprise. At the same time, knowledge management has become a hot spot for many entrepreneurs concerned, factors affecting the level of knowledge management of virtual enterprises have gradually been scholars study. Between the virtual enterprise and knowledge managementj many with good adaptability between the two. Knowledge management is the premise of the enterprise performance evaluation, which play a decisive role in the virtual enterprise knowledge management, This paper reviewed the research status of knowledge management of virtual enterprise, discusses the existing problems and Countermeasures of solving and puts forward the innova- tion performance evaluation method more perfect, to lay a foundation for future research On virtual enterprise knowledge management abilityy and improve the evaluation plays a certain guiding significance.
