摘 要:我国流通渠道主要以传统为主。传统流通渠道模式主要有以制造商为主导的"M"型流通渠道、以批发商为主导的"W"型流通渠道以及以零售为主导的"R"型流通渠道。文章通过比较分析,发现"W"型利润最高,"M"型次之,"R"型最少。根据各流通渠道的特点,其提升路径分别为:"M"型应分解其路径,重点在于将生产到零售中的物流环节分解出去;"W"型应整合资源,重点在于重构核心批发组织和延伸批发职能;"R"型应自主经营并扩大发展,重点在于转变零售商角色、控制关键环节以及保障产品流程的模块化。At present, China's main distribution channels is the traditional main modes including manufacturers leading of "M" type, wholesalers leading of "W" type and retail leading of "R" type. These three have some similarities, whereas some differences. Through comparative analysis, we found that the most profitable "W" type of distribution channels, "M" type, followed by income "R" type of distribution channels is relatively minimal. Then, according to the characteristics of distribution channels, it provides corresponding increase proposed path.
