摘 要:产业集群是发展区域经济和增强区域竞争力的一种独特产业组织形式,而发展区域品牌是提升产业集群竞争力的有效途径。政府、消费公众是推动产业集群区域品牌发展的重要驱动力。文章从政府、消费公众、企业三方视角出发,构建产业集群区域品牌发展的三方动态博弈模型,根据动态博弈模型求得三方利益最大化的混合策略纳什均衡解。在纳什均衡分析的基础上,文章认为,地方政府应严厉打击品牌造假行为,实行区域品牌网络整合营销,搭建区域品牌发展的各方合作平台,从保障区域品牌可持续健康发展。Industry cluster is a tmique form of industrial organization to develop the regional economy and enhance the competitiveness of a region, and the development of regional brand is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of industrial clusters. Government, public consumption are the important driving force to promote industrial clusters regional brand development. From the views of the government, public consumption, enterprises, this paper constructs a three-side dynamic game theory model of the regional development of industrial clusters, and obtained the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium solution to maximizing the tripartite interests based on the dynamic game model. On the basis of the Nash equilibrium analysis, some measures are proposed to develop the regional brand of industrial clusters, providing a theoretical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of industrial clusters regional brands.
