低颅压综合征11例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低颅压综合征的临床特点、诊断及治疗经验。方法回顾性分析11例低颅压综合征患者的临床资料。结果 11例低颅压综合征患者经补液及激素治疗后均痊愈出院。结论低颅压综合征临床表现多样,体位性头痛是其主要的临床特点,腰椎穿刺及头部MRI检查具有诊断价值。Objective To investigate clinical characteristics, experience of diagnosis and treatment for intracranial hypotension syndrome. Methods Clinical data of 11 intracranial hypotension syndrome patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 11 cases were healed and left the hospital after receiving fluid infusion and hormonotherapy. Conclusion Intracranial hypotension syndrome has various clinical manifestations, and its main clinical characteristic is orthostatic headache. Lumbar puncture and head MRI detection contains diagnostic value.
