摘　　要：护士主观幸福感是稳定护理队伍的重要因素之一，本文从概念、测量工具、国内外研究进展、影响因素4个方面进行阐述，并总结出几点提高护士主观幸福感的建议。旨在为未来的研究及临床工作提供参考依据。Subjective well-being of nurses was one of the important factors of the stability of nursing team, the 4 aspects of concept, measuring tools, research progress at home and abroad, the influencing factors were summarized, and put forward some suggestions to improve nurses＂ subjective well-being in order to provide reference for future re- search and clinical work.
