摘  要:目的探讨全脑调强放疗(IMRT)对颅内转移瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2014年12月收治的38例颅内转移瘤患者。22例采用全脑调强放疗,全脑放疗40Gy/20次,肿瘤部位单次分割剂量为2.4Gy,共20次,总剂量48Gy。16例采用常规放疗单次2.0Gy,共20次,总剂量40Gy。结果全脑调强放疗组的总有效率高于常规放疗组(P<0.05),两组患者都顺利完成治疗,未出现临床不可接受的不良反应。结论全脑调强放疗治疗颅内转移瘤较常规全脑放疗有效率高,不良反应可耐受,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the whole brain intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for brain metastases clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods A retrospective analysis from December 2012 to December 2014 were treated 38 eases of brain metastases. 22 cases of the use of whole brain IMRT WBRT 40Gy/20 times, tumor segmentation single dose of 2.4Gy, a total of 20 times, a total dose of 48Gy. Conventional radiotherapy single 2.0Gy 16 cases, a total of 20 times, a total dose of 40Gy. Results Brain 1MRT group efficiency than conventional radiotherapy group (P〈0.05), two groups of patients have successfully completed treatment, clinically unacceptable adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion The whole braifi IMRT treatment of intracranial metastases compared with conventional whole-brain radiation therapy are effective and well tolerated, safe and reliable.
