摘　　要：目的检测PDCD4在正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤组织、卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测20例正常卵巢、30例良性卵巢肿瘤、27例卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中PDCD4的表达情况,分析PDCD4在各组卵巢组织中的表达及其与卵巢恶性肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 PDCD4在正常及良性卵巢组织阳性表达率明显高于卵巢恶性肿瘤组(P<0.05),PDCD4表达随着卵巢恶性肿瘤的FIGO分期越高其表达越低及病理分化程度越低表达越低有关(P<0.05),与组织类型、腹水、年龄、是否绝经无关(P>0.05)。结论 PDCD4在卵巢恶性肿瘤形成过程中可能存在表达降低及失活,进而导致癌细胞过度增生。Objective To detect the expression of PDCD4 in normal ovarian, benign ovarian tumor, ovarian cancer tissue and explore its clinical significance. Methods 20 eases of normal ovarian, 30 patients with benign ovarian tumor, 27 cases of ovarian cancer tissue were analyzed to detect the expression of PDCD4 by immunohistochemistry. The relationships of PDCD4 expressions in each ovarian tissue and elinicopathologieal parameters were analyzed. ResuRs The PDCD4 expression in normal and benign ovarian tissue were significantly higher than that in ovarian cancer group （P〈0.05）. The higher the FIGO stage of ovarian cancer was graded, the lower the level of PDCD4 was expressed. The lower of pathological differentiation was graded, the lower of the level of PDCD4 was expressed （P〈0.05）. There was no relationship between tissue type, ascites, age, menopause and PDCD4 expression （P〉0.05）, Conclusion there existed decreased expression and inactivation of PDCD4 expression and excessive proliferation of cancer cells in ovarian cancer formation.
