摘　　要：癫痫是临床脑部疾患之一,其发病原因较复杂,治疗方式由传统的药物治疗逐渐发展到手术治疗、基因疗法、细胞移植及神经刺激等多种治疗方式,但目前仍未有理想的治疗方案。为了进一步加深对癫痫疾病的认识,促进新的抗癫痫治疗手段的发展,本次研究对癫痫的病因、发病机制及临床治疗发展进行综述。Epilepsy is one of the clinical brain disorders. Its pathogenesis is complex, and the treatments gradually developed from traditional medication to surgery, gene therapy, cell transplantation, nerve stimulation therapy and the like, but the ideal treat-ment plan has not be established. In order to further deepen the understanding of epilepsy, and promote the development of new anti epilepsy treatment, the research reviewed on the causes, pathogenesis and clinical treatment of epilepsy.
