摘　　要：当前,上海金融资源存在不均衡、企业信用体系尚不健全等现状,发达国家的典型科技金融模式,如"风险投资模式""信用担保模式""全能银行模式"并不直接适用于上海。上海的科技金融体系发展重心在短期内仍将以银行贷款为主导,"投贷结合"并行,应探索上海特色的差异化科技金融发展路径。Currently,the Shanghai financial resources exist uneven,corporate credit system is not perfect and so the status quo,the typical financial model developed science and technology,such as the ' Venture Capital', ' Credit Guarantee Mode' ' universal banking model' is not able to be directly applied to Shanghai.Science and technology development in Shanghai's financial system in the short term bank loans will continue to dominate, 'invest and loan combined parallel',the difference should be explored Shanghai Science and Technology Development Path financial characteristics.
