胃癌中ERCC1、EGFR的表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨ERCC1、EGFR在胃癌中的表达及其与胃癌临床病理因素的关系。方法收集52例胃癌及相应的癌旁组织,利用免疫组化SP法检测ERCC1、EGFR的表达,并分析它们与临床病理因素的关系。结果 52例胃癌中ERCC1、EGFR的阳性表达率分别为30.8%、26.9%,ERCC1在癌组织中的表达低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),而EGFR在癌组织中的表达则高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。ERCC1表达与癌组织的分化程度有关,EGFR表达与淋巴结转移有密切关系。两者表达不具有相关性。结论 ERCC1、EGFR参与肿瘤的发生,对评估预后有一定的指导意义。Objective To study the expressions of ERCC1 and EGFR in gastric cancers,and explore the correlation between ERCC1 and EGFR. Methods Paraffin-embedded operative specimens from 52 patients with gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues adjacent to the cancer tissues were collected. The expression of ERCCl and EGFR protein were detected with SP immunohistochemistry and the correlations of ERCC1 and EGFR to clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results The positive rate of ERCCl and EGFR expression in gastric cancers were 30. 8% and 26. 9%,respectively. There were significant difference between ERCCl expression in cancer tissues and normal tissues( χ2= 6. 9,P < 0. 05). The expression of EGFR in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue( χ2= 7. 5,P < 0. 05). The expression of ERCCl was closely related to differentiation of the cancer( χ2= 20. 9,P < 0. 05). The expression of EGFR was related to lymph node metastasis( χ2= 7. 3,P <0. 05). There is no correlation between ERCC1 expression and EGFR expression. Conclusion Low expression of ERCCl and high expression of EGFR play important roles in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and may be useful to predict prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
