顺铂联合多西他赛同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨顺铂联合多西他赛同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法将98例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为两组,每组49例,治疗组放疗同时应用顺铂联合多西他赛化疗,对照组放疗同时应用顺铂化疗,比较两组患者近期疗效、远期疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗结束后1个月,治疗组有效率(91.8%)稍高于对照组(81.6%),但差异无统计学意义;两组患者主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和消化道不良反应,治疗组重度骨髓抑制和重度消化道不良反应发生率稍高于对照组,差异无统计学意义,远期疗效及3、5年生存率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论对于中晚期宫颈癌患者,顺铂联合多西他赛方案的远期疗效优于顺铂方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cisplatin combined with docetaxel concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced cervical cancer. Methods 98 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 49 cases in each group,the treatment group were treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy,the control group were treated with cisplatin and radiotherapy at the same time,short-term effects,long-term effects and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group( 91. 8%) was slightly higher than that of the control group( 81. 6%) 1 month after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant; The main side effects of the 2 groups were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal adverse reactions,the rate of severe bone marrow suppression and severe digestive tract adverse reactions of the treatment group were slightly higher than that of the control group,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups,The long-term effects and 3-,5-year survival rates of the treatment group were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The long-term effect of cisplatin combined with docetaxel plan is better than cisplatin chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer.
