益气养阴法维持治疗非小细胞肺癌

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴法维持治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法入组患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服益气养阴中药治疗,对照组单纯随访。结果治疗组身体状况评分改善情况明显优于对照组,治疗组中位无疾病进展生存时间(PFS)为6.3个月,对照组为4.9个月,治疗组较对照组延长1.4个月,2组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未见明显不良反应,无治疗相关死亡。结论益气养阴法维持治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌毒副反应不明显,可以改善患者生活质量,延长无疾病进展生存时间。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety in non-small lung cancer （NSCLC ） for maintenance treating with supplementing qi and nourishing yin .Methods Patients in NSCLC were randomly assigned to two groups .The patients in treatment group maintenance therapy with supplementing qi and nourishing yin ,the control group with regularly followed-up . Results The treatment group had a significantly improved median KPS ,progression-free survival （PFS ） of the treatment group was 6 .3 months ,which was longer 1 .4 months than the control group that was 4 .9 months .Comparison between two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0 .05 ） ,treatment group no obvious adverse reactions ,no treatment-related deaths . Conclusion Maintenance therapy with supplementing qi and nourishing yin for advanced NSCLC can effectively improve quality of life and prolong PFS in patients ,without obvious side effects .
