乳腺癌行乳腺钼靶X射线摄片联合血清CA15-3、CEA及OPN的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探究乳腺癌行乳腺钼靶X射线摄片联合血清CA15-3、CEA及OPN的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析2012年1月-2014年12月本院诊治的45例乳腺癌患者临床资料,将其作为研究组,选择同期于本院体检的45例健康女性作为对照组,观察并比较两组受检者钼靶X射线摄片、血清CA15-3、CEA、OPN单项检测及联合检测阳性率,血清CA15-3、CEA及OPN指标水平。结果:研究钼靶X射线摄片、血清CA15-3、CEA及OPN单项检测以及联合检测阳性率均显著高于对照组,且血清CA15-3、CEA及OPN指标水平均高于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌行乳腺钼靶X射线摄片联合血清CA15-3、CEA及OPN检测具有积极诊断价值,值得临床推广及应用。Purpose： To explore the value of molybdenum target mammography combined with serum CA15 - 3, CEA and OPN in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Materials and Methods： The clinical data of 45 patients with breast cancer trea- ted in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2014 were reviewed, and these patients were set as the study group. On the other hand, 45 healthy women after going through the physical examination in this hospital during the same period were set as the control group. The molybdenum target mammographs of the two groups, the positive rate of serum CA15 -3, CEA, OPN, and joint detection results of these two indicators were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The molybdenum target mammographs, the positive rate of serum CA15 -3, CEA and OPN, and joint detection results of these two indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of serum CA15 -3, CEA and OPN were all higher than the control group, both with statistically significant difference （P 〈0. 01, P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion： Molybdenum target mammography combined with serum CA15 - 3, CEA and OPN is of significant value in the diagnosis of breast cancer, therefore it is worth clinical promotion and application.
