摘　　要：构建研究型大学科研质量标准,对于深化研究型大学质量评价体系,完善与加强研究型大学的理论基础与实践建设都有深刻的意义。坚持科研质量标准本体性、内适性、外适性的价值取向,遵循普遍性与特殊性相结合、稳定性与发展性相结合、统一性与多样性相结合的原则是构建研究型大学科研质量标准的前提,而如何在科研质量标准的体系构建中凸显研究型大学的特殊性则是研究的关键。The construction of scientific research quality standard in research university has a profound significance on deepening the quality evaluation system, improving and strengthening the theoretical basis and practice of the construction. Adhering to the scientific research quality standards＇s value orientation on noumenon, internal adaptation, and external adaptation,and following the principles on the integration of universality and particularity,stability and development,and unity and diversity,are the premise of constructing scientific research quality standards in research university,and how to highlight the particularity on the construction of scientific research quality standard system in research university is the key to study.
