摘　　要：着眼军队战斗力的提升,分析加强军人品德教育对提升军队战斗力的意义;提出加强军人品德培育,要把握好品德培育与军队建设相一致、主导作用与能动作用相统一、道德认知与躬身践行相结合的原则,以及从提高培育主体的能力素质、强化培育对象的自我修养、构建科学合理的考评体系、优化军队集体的道德环境方面加强军人品德培育的具体措施。The paper analyzes the significance of strengthening servicemen＇ s moral character cultivation for promoting military combat effectiveness, and puts forward the principles of coinciding moral character with military construction, integrating leading function and dynamic function, and combining moral cognition with action. It also proposes some concrete measures for strengthening moral character cultivation from the following aspects： improving competency and self-discipline of cultivation objects, building scientific and reasonable evaluation systems, and optimizing the moral environment in army.
