摘　　要：为了充分、高效地利用企业各种知识资源来解决企业业务问题,沉淀企业业务问题求解的经验,研究提出了面向业务问题求解的知识资源协作模型框架及面向企业问题求解的各类知识资源的建模方法,并给出了一个简单的实例。旨在提高企业知识资源的利用率,提高知识资源管理的规范化,提高企业业务问题求解的效率。In order to solve the problems of enterprise business with all kinds of knowledge resources fully and effectively, and precipitate experiences of enterprise business problem solving, a business problem solving oriented knowledge resource collaboration model framework was proposed, and the business problem solving oriented modeling methods for different types of knowledge resources of enterprise were proposed. Then a simple example was given. It is aimed at improving the utilization efficiency of enterprise knowledge resources, the standardization of the knowledge resource management and the efficiency of the enterprise business problem solving.
