摘 要:随着纺织品原料价格与劳动力成本上涨、环境政策趋紧,纺织品印染业面临着严峻挑战,清洁染整技术的研究开发与创新显得尤为紧迫.本文就当前纺织品清洁染色技术的研究与应用现状进行详细阐述,包括高固色率、高牢度染色、练漂染色一浴法、多组分纤维织物短流程染色、活性染料低盐染色、低浴比染色、低温快速染色等工艺技术.通过清洁染色技术的应用,实现从源头控制环境污染和能源消耗.With the increase in the cost of textile material and the textile printing and dyeing industries are now facing huge to research, develop and innovate clean dyeing and finishing labor, and the constraint of environmental policy, challenges. It follows that it is increasingly urgent technology. The paper describes in great detail the status quo of the study and application of clean dyeing technology of textile, including the dyeing with high dye fixation and color fastness, one bath scouring and dyeing, short dyeing process of multi-fiber fabric, low electrolyte dyeing of reactive dyes, dyeing at a low liquor ratio, low temperature dyeing and rapid dyeing, etc. Through the application of clean dyeing technologies, the environmental pollution and energy consumption will be under control from the source.
