摘　　要：引进了块复合矩阵和块特征值的概念,利用普通特征值包含域理论推广了块复合矩阵的块特征值包含域的理论,给出了块特征值所属的包含域,同时利用包含域理论和局部块双对角占优定义给出了矩阵非奇异的判定定理.In this paper,we introduce the block compound matrices and block eigenvalue concept,use ordinary eigenvalue inclusion domain theory generalized block compound matrices of block eigenvalue contains the domain theory value and give the block eigenvalue belongs to the domain contains,at the same time,the domain theory and local double diagonally dominant definition given include matrix non singular judgement theorem.
