宁心安神汤、刺五加片联合天王补心丹治疗心血管神经官能症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察宁心安神汤、刺五加片联合天王补心丹治疗心血管神经官能症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例美乐托宁,1mg/次,1次/d,睡前服用;植物神经调节剂谷维素,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组50例宁心安神处汤(人参、柏子仁10g,黄芪炙12g,当归15g,远志炙6g,茯苓15g,川芎9g,五味子6g,酸枣仁9g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚分服;刺五加片,0.5g/次,2次/d;天王补心丹,9g/次,2次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心血管神经官病灶、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈35例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈25例,有效10例,无效15例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]宁心安神处汤、刺五加片联合天王补心丹治疗心血管神经官能症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Anshen prescription,Acanthopanax joint Tianwangbuxin Dan efficacy for treating cardiovascular neurosis.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 outpatients and inpatients simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 50 patients melatonin,1mg/times,1 times/d,bedtime;autonomic regulators oryzanol,10mg/time,3 times/d.Treatment group of 50 patients Anshen prescription（Renshen,Boziren 10 g,Huangqi 12 g,Danggui 15 g,Yuanzhi 6g,Fuling 15 g,Chuanxiong 9g,Wuweizi 6g,Suanzaoren 9g,Bozi 10g）,1/d,water fried 200 m L,morning and evening hours;acanthopanax,0.5g/times,2 times/d;Tianwangbuxin Dan,9g/times,2 times/d.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,cardiovascular neurotic lesions,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 35 cases,10 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.00%.The control group cured 25 cases,10 cases,15 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 70.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Ningxin Anshen prescription,acanthopanax joint Tianwangbuxin Dan treating cardiovascular neurosis results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
