清肝化瘀方热敷联合西药治疗肝癌随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清肝化瘀方热敷联合西药治疗肝癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组25例保肝护肝对症治疗,手术、肝动脉结扎、肝动脉化疗栓塞、射频、冷冻、激光、微波、化疗、放射等治疗;热水袋热敷肝区,温度〈38℃,6h/次,2次/d。治疗组25例清肝化瘀方（生黄芪30g,川芎10g,醋炙鳖甲15g先下,丹参30g,三棱、莪术各10g,半枝莲15g,白花蛇舌草30g）,倒入棉袋,隔水蒸20-30min,稍凉敷于病灶,30min/次,2-3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲胎蛋白（AFP）、白蛋白（ALB）、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效6例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率56.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。蛋白指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]清肝化瘀方热敷联合西药治疗肝癌疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Qinggan side heat combined with western medicine liver cancer.[Method]randomized,parallel controlled method,50 outpatients simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 25 patients hepatoprotective symptomatic treatment,surgery,hepatic artery ligation,hepatic artery chemoembolization,radiofrequency,freezing,laser,microwave,chemotherapy,radiation therapy;liver hot water bottle,the temperature is below 38 ℃,6h/second,2 times/d.The treatment group 25 cases Qinggan party（Health Astragalus 30 g,Chuan Xiong 10 g,15g first under vinegar Sunburn turtle,Salvia 30 g,triangular 10 g,Curcuma 10 g,barbata 15 g,diffusa 30g）,into the cotton bags,and steam 20 - 30 min,cooler spreads lesions,30min/time,2 to 3 times/d;Western medicine with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,alpha-fetoprotein（AFP）,albumin（ALB）,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 10 cases,12 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%.Group effective in 6 cases,8 cases,11 cases,the total efficiency 56.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Protein indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Qinggan heat combined with Western medicine treatment of liver side effect satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
