益气消征方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气消征方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按信封方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例根据病理类型行NP、GP、TP化疗方案。治疗组30例益气消征方,2次/d,150m L/次,口服;化疗治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生存质量、瘤体大小、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]咳嗽、乏力、纳差、恶心等疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),生存质量治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),瘤体大小总稳定率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);咳血、胸痛两组间无明显差异(P>0.05),瘤体大小变化总有效率两组间无明显差异(P>0.05),血液学毒性两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]益气消征方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaozheng combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.[Method]Using random parallel control method,60 cases of inpatient and outpatient according to the envelope method were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 30 cases according to the pathological type of NP,GP,TP chemotherapy.The treatment group of 30cases of Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction,2 times/d,150 mL/times,oral chemotherapy treatment with the control group. 14d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,quality of life,tumor size,adverse reaction.2 course of treatment,continuous treatment to determine efficacy.Group than in the control group [Result] The curative effect in the treatment of cough,fatigue,anorexia,nausea（P〈0.05）,control group,treatment group was significantly better than the quality of life（P〈0.01）,the tumor size total stable rate of the treatment group than the control group （P〈 0.05）; hemoptysis, chest pain, no significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）, changes in tumor size total efficiency was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）, hematologic toxicity between the two groups had no significant difference（P〉O.O5）.[Conclusion]XiaoQi syndrome prescription combined with chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
