补肾益肺健脾汤联合西药治疗小儿哮喘缓解期随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾益肺健脾汤联合西药治疗小儿哮喘缓解期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例硫酸沙丁胺醇,100~200μg/d,2次/d;异丙托溴铵,40~80μg/次,2次/d。治疗组45例补肾益肺健脾汤（肉苁蓉6g,冬虫夏草2g,党参10g,灵芝6g,白术10g,熟地6g,麦冬、补骨脂各10g,陈皮6g,五味子10g,胡桃肉研末另冲6g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗120d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制18例,显效15例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊临床控制10例,显效12例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率75.56%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。免疫球蛋白指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]补肾益肺健脾汤联合西药治疗小儿哮喘缓解期疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Bushenyifei Jianpi soup combined with western treatment of children with asthma in remission effect[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,90 outpatients simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 45 patients albuterol sulfate,100-200 μ g/ d,2 times/d.Ipratropium bromide,40-80 μ g/times,2 times/d.Treatment group of 45 patients Bushenyifei spleen soup（Roucongrong 6g,Dongcongxiacao 2g,Dangshen 10g,Lingzhi 6g,Baizhu 10g,Shudi 6g,Maidong,Buguzhi lOg,Chenpi 6g,Wuweizi 10g,Hutaorou 6g）,l/d,decoction 200mL,morning and evening hours;western medicine with the control group. 120d continuous treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,IgG,IgA,IgM,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Control treatment group,18 cases were cured 15 cases,effective in 9 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.Cured 10 cases in the control group,12 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,11 cases,the total efficiency of 75.56%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Immunoglobulin index improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈O.OS）.[Conclusion]Bushenyifei Jianpi soup combined with western treatment of children with asthma in remission results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
