青少年含牙囊肿囊内埋伏牙的外科正畸同期治疗

摘　　要：目的对青少年含牙囊肿行外科开窗术并同期行正畸牵引囊内埋伏牙的可行性和疗效进行探讨。方法对7例青少年含牙囊肿患者施行开窗术并同期粘接正畸附件牵引囊内埋伏恒牙进入牙弓,观察并评估其治疗效果。结果所有研究对象经过治疗后,囊内新骨生成,颌骨囊腔消失;囊内埋伏牙被牵引至牙弓内,牙龈色泽形态正常,牙髓活力正常,牙根未见明显吸收。牵引时间为6~12个月,平均为8个月。结论青少年含牙囊肿可尝试通过开窗术配合同期正畸牵引囊内埋伏牙,而达到保存骨组织和患牙的良好效果。Objective To investigate and assess the possibility and efficacy of the surgical fenestration combined with orthodontic traction of impacted teeth indentigerous cysts of adolescents. Methods Seven cases of impacted teeth in den-tigerous cysts of adolescents were treated with surgical fenestration combined with orthodontic traction bonding orthodontic attachmentson the impacted teeth and pulling it into teeth arch. Results The cyst cavities in the jaws disappeared and were filled with new bone; the impacted teeth were brought into dental arches with healthy periodontal tissues and dental pulps, no obvious root absorption was detected. The average orthodontic traction duration was 8 months, varying from 6 to 12 months. Conclusion The surgical fenestration combined with orthodontic traction of the impacted teeth is an effective and efficient way to preserve bone tissue and teeth in the treatment of dentigerous cysts of adolescents.
