摘 要:目的比较瓷层厚度对同一品牌两种不同颜色的牙龈色瓷透射率的影响。方法选择同一品牌的两种牙龈色瓷(G1浅粉色、G2暗红色),按不同设计厚度(0.3 mm、0.6 mm、0.9 mm、1.2 mm、1.5 mm)分成10组,每组制作3个试件,采用PR-650光谱扫描色度仪测量透射率,在同种牙龈色瓷的不同组间及两种牙龈色瓷相同厚度间进行两两比较。结果随着瓷层厚度增大,样本透射率逐渐减小。当厚度小于1.2 mm时,同种牙龈色瓷组内各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);当厚度大于1.2 mm时,透射率减小变缓;而相同厚度两种牙龈色瓷组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厚度是影响牙龈色瓷透射率的主要因素,厚度增大,透射率下降。Objective To investigate the influence of different thickness of gingival porcelain on the transmittance of gingival porcelain with two different color of the same brand. Methods Two types of gingival porcelain samples of the same brand ( G1 light pink, G2 kermesinus) were divided into ten groups according to five different thickness ( 0. 3 mm, 0. 6 mm, 0. 9 mm, 1. 2 mm, 1. 5 mm) , three samples for each group. The transmittance of gingival porcelain samples were measured by Spectra Scan Colorimeter PR-650. Data from the samples with different thickness and different porce-lains were compared and analyzed horizontally and vertically. Results Transmittance decreased obviously with the in-crease of the porcelain thickness. Furthermore, there was significant difference between every two groups when thickness was less than 1. 2 mm. However, transmittance decreased slowly when thickness was more than 1. 2 mm. There was no significant difference between the same thickness of the two different porcelains. Conclusion Thickness is the major in-flunce factor of the transmittance of the gingival porcelain. Transmittance decreases with the increase of the thickness.
