肠易激综合征患者个性及心理因素探究

摘　　要：目的：研究分析肠易激综合征（Irritable bowel syndrome IBS）患者个性及心理因素与患者发病之间的关系，为临床用药提供指导。方法选取2013年2月～2014年1月在我院就诊的肠易激综合征患者136例作为观察组，选取同一期间来我院进行常规体检的健康人群136例作为对照组，对两组研究对象分别进行艾森克个性问卷（Eysenck Personality Questionnaire，EPQ）和症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist， SCL）评定。结果艾森克个性问卷评定结果表明，肠易激综合征患者与健康人群比较，艾森克个性问卷中的E分偏低，而N分偏高（P＜0.05）；症状自评量表评定结果表明，肠易激综合征患者与健康人群比较，其在躯体化、敌对性、恐怖、抑郁、焦虑、精神病诸因子以及阳性项目数方面差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论肠易激综合征患者的个性及其心理因素与健康人群相比，其差异具有显著性，对其发病率产生影响，因此在临床治疗中医生需要充分考虑到患者的个性和心理因素，必要时加用调解情绪用药。ObjectiveTo study the relationship between personality 、psychological factors in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and the incidence of patients,to provide guidance for clinical use.Methods From February 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital during the irritable bowel syndrome 136 cases as the observation group, choose the same period came to our hospital for routine examination of 136 cases of healthy people as a control group for two group study were EPQ（Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ）and （Symptom Checklist,SCL）assessment.ResultsThe evaluation results indicate that Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, patients with irritable bowel syndrome compared with healthy people, low Eysenck Personality Questionnaire in E points, and N points higher （P〈0.05）; SCL Evaluation results show that patients with irritable bowel syndrome compared with healthy people, the differences in somatization, hostility, terror, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and the number of positive factors such projects significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with irritable bowel syndrome personality and psychological factors as compared with healthy subjects, the difference was significant, have a huge impact on its prevalence,when the clinical treatment ,doctors take fuly into account the patient＆#39;s personality and psychological factors.
