摘 要:针对大型核电设备的干气密封装置的振动特性的研究,利用ANSYS软件对螺旋槽干气密封动环模型进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析,计算得到其固有频率和振型,为动环的动态响应分析提供参考;通过LMS振动试验测试动环自由状态下的固有频率,将其结果与软件计算结果相比较,通过其误差大小可验证软件模态分析的可靠性。通过得到的固有频率和振型结果对比分析,可知ANSYS有限元分析结果是可信的,可根据分析结果对密封结构进行改善。Aiming at the research of the vibration characteristics of large-scale nuclear power equipment's dry gas seal apparatus,software ANSYS was used for the free and constrained modal analysis of the spiral groove dry gas seal rotary ring model.Its inherent frequency and mode of vibration were obtained,providing a basis for dynamic response analysis of the rotary ring;The rotary ring's inherent frequency of free state was obtained by LMS vibration test and compared with the result calculated by the software.Therefore,the reliability of the modal analysis of the software was verified by the error between them.The inherent frequency and mode of vibration obtained by software analysis and LMS vibration test illustrated that the ANSYS Finite Element Analysis was reliable.Sealing structure can be improved based on the re- suits of the analysis.
