摘 要:本文综合考虑环境影响因素、运输费率因素和服务时间因素,对比分析内河水路运输与公路运输的社会效益以及经济效益,建立了货币形式的量化模型,其中,服务时间因素采用服务时间价值的概念衡量货物运输时间的货币价值。以广西贵港到广州南沙的货运为例,量化分析运用不同运输方式所产生的年社会效益,得出内河航运比公路运输每年节省的社会效益约为1.55亿元,对运输方式的调整和交通政策的制定具有重要的指导意义。A quantitative model to estimate and compare the social benefits and the ecological impact of the marine transportation (cargo ships) and land transportation (trucks) in monetary values is presented in this paper. Life cycle inventory analysis, required freight rate and the service time are used to evaluate and compare the ecological impact and find the economical superiority. The service time factor is used to evaluate the monetary value of the goods shipping time. Takeing the freight of Guigang-Nansha as an example, the quantitative analysis of annual social benefits is produced in different modes of transportation. Finally the social cost saving in monetary value through the modal shift of cargo from trucks to cargo ships is about 155 million yuan. It has guiding significance for the modal shift of transportation and the transportation policy formulation.
