摘 要:目的探讨社区实践性课业对护理专业学生专业承诺与人际交往能力的影响。方法选取二年级及以上学生75名作为试验组,分层抽样75名学生作为对照组,试验组学生按照英国商业与技术教育委员会国家高级文凭健康与护理项目的课业模式对慢性病患者实施健康教育,对照组按传统方式培养。结果试验组学生的专业承诺、社会联结、人际交往效能总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区实践性课业能有效提升学生的专业承诺与人际交往能力,有利于培养学生的职业综合素质。Objective To evaluate the effect of community practical experience on professional commitment and interpersonal communication competence of nursing students. Methods Totally 150 nursing students were divided into two groups. Traditional training mode was implemented in the control group. While community practice mode based on BTEC education system in England was applied in the experimental group. The students were asked to provide health education for community-dwelling patients with chronic diseases. The outcomes were evaluated using the Professional Commitment Scale,Social Connectedness Scale and Interpersonal Communication Self-Efficacy Scale.Results The scores of professional commitment, social connectedness and interpersonal communication self-efficacy in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Community practical experience can effectively improve nursing students' professional commitment and interpersonal communication competency,which is benefcial for the training of nursing students' comprehensive professional trait.
