摘 要:目的调查护理专业男生职业认同现状。方法选取5所医学院校护理专业的男生101名,采用护理专业认同调查问卷进行调查分析。同时选取9名护理专业男生进行半结构访谈。结果护理专业男生职业认得分为(81.34±15.56)分,处于一般水平,其中高度认同者仅占5.0%,一般认同者占84.1%,不认同者占10.9%。不同生源地、学历、高考志愿以及亲属中是否有从事护理专业的护理专业男生职业认同得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。访谈资料的分析结果提炼出2个主题词和6个副主题词。结论护理专业男生职业认同水平较低,需要学校、医院及社会更多的努力来提高男护生的职业认同。Objective To investigate the status of professional identity of male nursing students. Methods Totally101 male nursing students were recruited from five medical universities. They were investigated using the profes-sional identity questionnaire. In addition, an semi-structured interview was conducted among nine male nursing students. Results The total score of professional identity of male nursing students was(81.34±15.56). The proportion of high,moderate and low level of professional identity was 5.0%,84.1% and 10.9%,respectively. Professional identity was related to geographical areas of family,educational level, choice of nursing and relatives' experience in nursing profession. Two themes and six categories were extracted from interviews. Conclusion Professional identity of male nursing students is at low level. It is suggested that colleges,hospitals and society should make more efforts to improve male nursing students' professional identity.
