高职软件外包学生职业能力内涵体系的构建研究

摘　　要：文章分析了软件外包人才的特征和职业能力的内涵,并在此基础上构建了高职软件外包学生任职资格、职业素养、职业生涯管理能力三位一体的职业能力内涵要素体系。This paper analyzed the characteristics of the talents majored in software outsourcing and the connotation of vocational ability, and based on which,it established the element system of the content of vocational ability which integrated students’s qualifications build the higher vocational software outsourcing students qualifications, professional quality, career management ability for students majored in software outsourcing in higher vocational colleges. .
