摘　　要："三农"问题是关乎国计民生的根本性问题,而农村医保问题是"三农"问题的重要组成部分。在城乡一体化的大背景下,我们必须要重视和解决农村地区医疗保险制度相对落后的问题,农民"因病致贫"的情况仍然非常普遍。本文试图通过解析我国农村医保体制存在的问题以及探寻其对策,为我国农村医疗保险体制的进一步完善提供思路和建议。The “SAN nong” problem is concerns the fundamental problems of national economy and peopleˊs livelihood, and rural health care is an important part of the“three rural issues”. In the backdrop of the urban-rural integration,we must at-tach importance to and solve the problem of rural medical insurance system which is relatively backward,and peasants“poverty due to illness” is still very common.By parsing problem of rural health care system in our country and exploring the countermeasure. this paper provides ideas and suggestions to further perfect the rural medical insurance system in our country.
