摘 要:以聚丙二醇600(PPG 600)为液体分散介质,以纳米二氧化硅(nano-Si O_2)为分散相粒子制备PPG 600体系的剪切增稠流体(PPG-STF),并对其进行包裹得到芯材为PPG-STF的微胶囊。在此基础上,将PPG-STF微胶囊与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,通过PPG-STF的剪切增稠特性对PP进行增韧。研究了PPG-STF的流变性能、PPG-STF微胶囊的粒径分布和表观形貌,以及PPG-STF微胶囊对PP的增韧效果及其作用机理。结果表明:PPG-STF在大于1 Hz的振荡频率下具有明显的增稠效应;PPG-STF微胶囊增韧PP的冲击强度最大可达到纯PP的3.5倍。Shear thickening fluids were prepared with nano-SiO2 as dispersed phase particle and PPG 600 as liquid dispersion medium. Then a series of mierocapsules containing PPG-STF were synthesized. On this basis, PP was melt blended with microcapsules containing PPG-STF, which could play the toughening effect on matrix through shear thickening effect. Rheological behavior of PPG-STF, particle size distribution and morphology of PPG-STF microcapsules were investigated. Meanwhile, the toughening effect and mechanism of PPG-STF microcapsules on PP were researched. The results showed that shear thickening effeet of PPG-STF was evident under oscillation frequency larger than 1 Hz, the maximum impact strength of PP toughened by PPG-STF microeapsule could reach 3.5 times that of the pure PP.
