摘 要:应用机械系统动力学理论及仿真分析软件ADAMS,通过构建注塑机双曲肘合模机构的三维实体模型,把肘杆和拉杆视为柔性体,获得合模机构刚柔耦合多体系统动力学模型和振动分析系统模型;通过对合模机构进行振动响应仿真分析,获得系统的固有频率与阻尼比和幅频响应与功率谱;通过各阶模态参与和动模板在X、Y、Z方向上的位移与加速度以及振动能量分析,获得合模机构最大的共振位移和共振加速度及其模态振型,系统的振动属于弱阻尼状态,第2、7、8阶固有频率对合模机构系统振动影响最大。Through the application of mechanical system dynamic theory and simulation analytical software ADAMS and the construction of three-dimension solid model on double-toggle clamping unit of injection molding machine, clamping unit dynamic model with rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system and vibration analytical system model were obtained, in which toggle and tension bar were taken as flexible bodies. Through the simulation of vibration response on clamping unit, natural frequency and damping ratio as well as amplitude-frequency response and power spectrum were obtained. Through the analysis of every order mode involution and displacement and acceleration of moving die plate along the X, Y and Z direction as well as vibration energy, maximum resonance displacement and acceleration as well as vibrational mode were obtained. The system vibration belonged to weak damping state, and the influence of the second, seventh and eighth natural frequencies on clamping unit system vibration was great.
