摘 要:以纳米二氧化硅为分散稳定剂,采用悬浮聚合的方法,成功制备了以丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物作为囊壁,以十二醇为相变芯材的相变微胶囊。通过红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪分别对微胶囊进行了表征。研究结果表明:当丙烯腈质量分数超过单体比的90%,相变微胶囊形貌极为规整,具有良好的热稳定性。实验结果表明:芯材投料质量分数为55%时,所制备的相变微胶囊的潜热达到110.7 J/g,可以作为功能性材料用于储能功能纺织品、涂料、混凝土等。Nano silica was used as the dispersant, microencapsulated phase change material( micro PCM) , dodecanol as the core material, with the shell of the copolymer of acrylonitrile(AN)-methyl methacrylate (MMA)-methacrylic acid( MAA ) was carried out by suspension polymerization. The microspheres were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, laser particle diameter analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. Experimental results showed that the morphology of PCM microcapsule was very smooth, good thermal stability,when the amount of AN was up to 90% in the monomer ratio. Results showed that when the weight ratio of core was 55%, the latent heat of PCM mierocapsule was 110.7 J/g. The microcapsules could be used for energy storage functional textiles, coatings, cement as the functional materials.
