摘  要:采用冷挤压工艺成形了汽车过滤器壳体,并基于Deform-3D软件,采用正交试验对汽车过滤器壳体零件挤压成形过程进行工艺优化。主要分析了冷挤压过程中的摩擦系数和凸模速度两个因素对该零件冷挤压成形影响的显著性,确定了该零件冷挤压成形方案及最佳工艺参数。根据数值模拟结果,进行了实际零件的挤压生产,最终得到了合格的成形零件。Automobile filter shells were formed by using cold extrusion process. And its process optimization was conducted by using orthogonal test based on Deform-3D software. The affecting conspicuousness of friction coefficient and punch velocity on the cold extrusion forming process was mainly analyzed. The cold extrusion forming scheme and the optimal process parameters were ensured. The actual production of extrusion parts was carried out according to the results of numerical simulation. Finally, the qualified forming parts were obtained.
