摘　　要：通过构建进化博弈模型研究技术-环境壁垒对出口企业技术创新动力的影响机制,研究结果表明,技术-环境壁垒在一定条件下确实会激励出口国企业进行技术创新,但是当技术-环境壁垒过于严厉时,则会抑制出口国企业的技术创新动力;在相同条件下,出口国企业在进口国的市场份额越大,创新成本越小,技术-环境壁垒对企业技术创新动力的激励作用就越明显。This paper studies S＆T public expenditure influence on technology innovation motivation mechanism of export enterprise by constructing a dynamic game model of evolution. It concludes that S＆T public expenditure does promote tech- nology innovation of the exporter enterprises under certain conditions. But when the barrier is too harsh, it will decrease technological innovation. In the same conditions, the larger the market share of the exporter enterprises, the lower the inno- vation cost would he, and the bigger the positive influence caused by technology - environment barriers would impose on the innovation power of enterprises.
