创新意愿、集群供应链网络关系强度与企业创新绩效关系研究——基于常州产业集群的实证研究

摘　　要：在回顾创新意愿、集群供应链网络关系强度和创新绩效理论,理清三者内在关系的基础上,构建关系研究的理论模型;通过257家企业调研数据的实证分析,研究创新意愿、集群供应链网络关系强度与企业创新绩效的作用机理。研究结果表明,(1)创新意愿与企业创新绩效之间呈正相关系;(2)集群供应链网络关系强度与企业创新绩效之间呈正想关系;(3)集群供应链网络关系强度在创新意愿与企业创新绩效之间存在中介效应。因此,基于集群供应链网络背景,企业注重提升创新意愿的同时与集群供应链企业保持良好的网络关系,借助于创新意愿与网络关系的互动,提升创新绩效。Some academic literatures indicate that innovation intention of enterprises can improve innovation performance, but there are not empirical researches to support its influencing effect and functionary path in the setting of strength of clus- ter supply chain network. Based on the survey data of 257 enterprises of eight industrial cluster in Changzhou, this paper explored the relationship among innovation intention, strength of cluster supply chain network and innovation performance. The results indicates that： first, there are positive relationship between innovation intention and innovation performance; second, there are positive relationship between the strength of cluster supply chain network and the innovation performance of enterprises ; third, there is a mediating effect of strength of cluster supply chain network on the relationship between inno- vation intention and innovation performance of enterprise. Therefore, enterprises should improve its innovation intention and establish its multi - dimensional networks with up - and down stream enterprises, and improve its innovation performance by innovation intention and networking in bi -directional effects.
