摘  要:目前国内汽车后桥试验中很少进行差速试验,大多采用单纯加载方式进行,这样无法完全且真实地模拟汽车的实际运行工况。设计汽车后桥差速试验台的电控及软件部分,用软件模拟路谱,直接通过控制轮边转速实现差速,能够较好地模拟驱动桥的使用工况,系统可控性好、控制精度高。At present,in the domestic automobile rear axle test,the differential test is seldom used,most of which are simply loaded.This can not completely and turly simulate the operation of the vehicle in actual situation. Electric control and software were designed for automobile rear axle differential speed tester. The software was used to simulate road spectrum,and differential speed was achieved by directly controlling of rotational speed of wheel rim. The car rear axle in the actual road running situation can be quite well simulated,and the system is well controlled with high precision.
