摘 要:目的优化丹参酮ⅡA冻干乳的处方。方法采用高压乳匀法制备丹参酮ⅡA冻干乳,以粒径和综合评分为指标,以麦芽糖和β-环糊精的用量及冻干乳剂体积为考察因素,采用星点设计-效应面法优化处方。结果优选的处方为:以20%麦芽糖、0.2%β-环糊精为冻干保护剂,冻干体积为0.4 m L;所制丹参酮ⅡA冻干乳的外观结实、平整,加水再分散性好,粒径为375 nm。结论所建数学模型预测性良好,适合丹参酮ⅡA冻干乳的处方优化。OBJECTIVE To optimize the formulation of tanshinone ⅡA ( Tan ⅡA) freezing - dried submicron emulsion. METHODS Tan ⅡA submicron emulsion was prepared by high pressure homogenization method. The contents of maltose, β - cyclodcxtrin and thevolume of dry emulsion were defined as the factors while the size and score were defined as the evalution criterion. The optimized formulation was determined by Central composite design - response surface method. RESULTS The optimized formulation was 20% maltose,0.2% 13 -cyclodextrin and 0.4 mL bottling volume. The obtained submicron emulsion had qualified appearance, and easy to be redispersed with an average diameter of 375 nm. CONCLUSION The optimized formulation of freezing - dried Tan ⅡA submicron emulsion can be obtained by the central composite design -response surface method.
