摘　　要：介绍了火切机非原位切割技术的基本工艺、激光测距系统的构成、火切机非原位切割功能的实现、技术特点和应用效果。该技术的应用提升了操作水平,加快了生产节奏,提高了产品的成材率,降低了维护人员的劳动强度,在板坯连铸机的生产中具有广泛的应用前景。This paper introduces basic technology, the composition of the laser ranging system, function realization, technical characteristics and application effect of torch cutter for ex-situ cutting. The application of this technology can improve the operating level, speed up the production rhythm, improved the product yield and reduce the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel, and have a broad application prospect during thick slab continuous casting.
