摘　　要：制定科学合理的、符合教学实际的人才培养方案,是高职提高教育质量和人才培养水平的最强有力的保障。根据社会对城市轨道交通控制方向应用型人才的要求以及现有生源情况,对专业人才培养方案进行优化设计,并使其具有可操作性。To develop a scientific and reasonable personnel cultivating scheme which conforms to the practice of education and teaching,it is an energetic guarantee for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of education and teaching and the personnel cultivating level.this paper,according to the demand on applied personnel majored in urban rail transit control in society and the existing enrollment,optimized the design for professional talent training scheme,and made it operable.
