摘　　要：采用ICP质谱法测定胶原蛋白肠衣中重金属砷、铅、铬、镉的含量,并通过猪肉、鸡肝、鸡肉国家标准物质验证方法的准确性。实验表明,ICP质谱法灵敏、快速、准确,回收率介于92%-106%之间,结果较为满意。Using ICP mass spectrometry determination of content of collagen casing in heavy metals arsenic, lead, chromium, cadmium, and the accuracy of pork, chicken, chicken national standard material verification method. Experiments show that the ICP mass spectrometry is sensitive, fast and accurate, and the recovery rate is between 92% and 106%, the results are satisfactory.
