摘　　要：为了提高生化实验教学效果和质量,通过实验课程资源的多样化、教学内容的转变、教学方式的完善和考核方式的优化等4个方面论述了生化实验教学改革。通过教学改革,学生参与生化实验的积极性得到了提高,对相关的实验产生了浓厚的兴趣,实验技能和科研素质也得到了提高。In order to achieve good effect and quality of biochemistry experiment teaching, biochemistry ex- periment teaching reform is discussed by the four aspects of diversification of experi-mental curriculum re- sources, change of teaching content, perfection of teaching method and optimization of examination mode in this paper. The results show that the students participate in the biochemical experiment energetically and are interested in the related experiments, and students＇ experimental skills and scientific research quality all are improved.
