摘　　要：在《食品微生物学》的实验课教学中,传统的教学方法和手段使学生的学习兴趣不高,而引入创新型实验体系,不但可以提高学生学习的积极性,而且也提高了教学效果和教学质量。该文分析了创新型实验体系在食品微生物学实验教学中的应用。In the food microbiology experiment teaching, the traditional teaching methods and means make the students＂ learning interest low.And the introduction of innovative experimental system not only improve the students＂ enthusiasm for learning, but also improves the teaching effect and teaching quality.The paper analyzed the application of innovative experimental system in food microbiology experimental teaching.
