摘 要:以纳米包覆颜料为着色剂,探讨了共聚单体、表面活性剂、保湿剂、喷射电压和波形对墨滴形态、墨滴拉伸长度、断裂时间、墨滴飞行速度、斜喷角度和卫星点等喷墨行为的影响。结果表明:表面张力越小,墨滴越易离开喷嘴,形成柱状细线,产生卫星点;保湿剂和共聚单体用量越多,黏度越大,主墨滴速度越小,可有效减少卫星点;喷射电压在一定范围内,卫星点能追上主墨滴;相同物理性质的墨滴在不同波形下的喷射性能也不一样,可选择不同的波形来提高打印流畅性。另外,低表面张力和高黏度可减小斜喷角度,增加卫星点追上主墨滴的概率。Taking nano coated pigment as the colorant, the influences of the surtactant, humectant, comonomer, injection voltage and waveform on injection performances of the droplet such as the morphology, tensile length, breaking time, flight speed, injection angle and satellite points were studied. Experimental results show that lower surface tension makes the droplet easier to leave the nozzle and form filaments and satellite points; along with the dosage increase of humectant and comonomer, viscosity increase, the droplet speed decease, which effectively reduces restrain satellite points ; when the injection voltage is within a certain range, satellite points can catch up with main droplet; and droplets with same physical properties have different injection performances under different waveforms, and different waveforms can be selected to improve the printing smoothness. In addition, low surface tension and high viscosity can reduce the injection angle, then satellite points can catch up with main droplet easily.
